Description and scope of data processing

By using this app, personal data is collected only to the extent necessary to provide the app services.

The only identification feature assigned for each individual usage process is a randomized device ID, which is not supplemented or matched with other personal data by default. The user has the possibility to state a nickname for better distinguishability, which is assigned to the device ID.

The app does not access any location data.

Furthermore, the app will not process any personal data or access device information or other apps.

Third-party information and data processing in the In-App Browser

The in-app browser can be used to access third-party websites such as those of map services, travel agencies, hotel providers, etc. The respective providers are responsible for the content and processing of personal data associated with the use of such websites.

As far as your personal data are processed by us, you have the following rights:

Right to access

You have the right to request information from us about your personal data at any time. This also includes information about the origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom we transmit your data, as well as the purposes for which we process your personal data.

Right to rectification

You have the right to ask us to correct and/or complete your personal data immediately if your personal data is incorrect or incomplete.

Right to erasure or restriction of processing

You can ask us to delete your personal data with immediate effect. We are obliged to delete your personal data without delay. Only if we are obliged to further process your personal data on the basis of contractual and/or legal regulations does anything else apply. This is the case, for example, if we are prohibited by tax law from deleting your personal data. In such a situation, we restrict the processing and delete the personal data in question immediately after expiry of the retention period.

Right to data portatbility

You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format, insofar as this is technically possible. In addition, you have the right to transfer this data to a third party without our impediment, if you so wish.

Automated decision in individual cases including profiling

You have the right not to be subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that has any legal effect on you or affects you in any similar manner.

Right to complain to a supervisory authority
